Let's see..,Sahara Dessert, SHOPPING, Burj Khalifah, Burj al-Arab, Palm Island.
'If you miss any of these, you've basically never been to Dubai.' -Tour Guide.
That's me on the big bike behind!
It's my first time to the dessert, as it was winter, the temperature wasn't very warm even in the afternoon and obviously it wasn't snowing. The dessert. i must say, is very beautiful. It's exactly how it looks like on TV:x You know, i might actually prefer the dessert more than snow. It was THAT breathtaking.
And of course, Burj Khalifah!
Currently the tallest building in the world if you didn't know that.
Currently the tallest building in the world if you didn't know that.
It's 828m tall, which is double Malaysia's Petronas Twin Towers.
It has 160 floors and it takes only 60secs to reach the 142th floor, which is also the observation deck. Ish! Even their 'binoculars' are super efficient! In Dubai, only 16% are locals. So little? And the guys there are filthy. My jeep driver into the Sahara Dessert was a local. He's some rich fella too, since that was just his 'fun' job and his uncle owns Emirates Tour, so he told us a lot about the insights of Dubai which I'm not sure if i should type it out here._.
